And since music is still being recorded, this may not be accurate for long, but these will be very hard to top.

Do the Bart-Man, The Simpsons (seriously, WTF?)
Do the Urkel, Steve Urkel, Family Matters (need I say Anything?)
And to think, the following list is WORSE than those listed above.
